Description:

Fully Remote ( Remote anywhere, provided that (a) she/he works west coast hours (8-5), and (b) location base is compliant with client policy )

• Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor of Science

• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 4 years of direct experience

• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Epic Tapestry Membership (Enrollment & Eligibility), Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB)

• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Alteryx (analytics automation software)

Job Description:

(a) Conduct intake, triage, and root cause analysis of Client command center issues under the direction of Client Value Stream team; (b) validate solution fixes through collaboration with Epic or Oracle vendor, command center, testing, and production support teams; and (c) support implementation planning and readiness activities for multiple Client LOB deployments in 2023 and 2024.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience analyzing complex data from multiple sources and developing reports/recommendations

• 5 or more years of experience in Epic Tapestry Membership (Enrollment and Eligibility) configuration or implementation, or

• 5 or more years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) configuration or implementation, or

• 10 or more years of experience in management consulting firms (IT software or business optimization)
